Adherence to Policies

he employee must unconditionally abide by all policies, terms, and conditions laid out by the organization.

Working Hours

The standard working hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The employee is required to maintain punctuality and adhere to these timings without delay.

Leave Policy

All leaves are subject to and will be managed according to the National Leave Policy applicable in the jurisdiction of employment.

Job Description (JD) Compliance

The employee is required to strictly abide by all responsibilities and duties outlined in their official Job Description.

Probationary Period

The employee’s initial appointment will be on a probationary basis for 3 to 6 months (or as specified in the Appointment Letter). During this period, the company reserves the right to extend the probation or terminate employment with immediate effect or with a reduced notice period (e.g., 7 days) without assigning a reason.

Remuneration & Review

The employee’s detailed Cost to Company (CTC) structure is specified in the Appointment Letter. Salary is subject to statutory deductions (e.g., PF, ESI, TDS) and is reviewed annually at the sole discretion of the management.

Transfer of Service

The employee is liable to be transferred to any other department, branch, subsidiary, or affiliate of the company, or to any location within India or abroad, as the management deems necessary for business purposes.

Notice Period & Separation

A minimum two (2) month notice period is compulsory for resignation. If unserved, the employee must pay the company the equivalent salary for the unserved period. The organization reserves the right to make the termination or separation effective immediately.

Exit Formalities & Handover

Before the final date of separation, the employee must complete and successfully hand over all assigned jobs and responsibilities as per the timeline set by the management.

Full & Final Settlement (F&F)

The Full and Final settlement will be processed within 45 days from the employee’s last working day.

Legal Clause

The organization reserves the right to hold the salary or F&F payment and initiate a legal case/hearing if any breach of contract, policy violation, or legal matter arises during or post-employment.

Confidentiality & Non-Use of Resources

The employee is strictly not allowed to use any personal resources or confidential information gathered through their association and work activities with the organization. Any unauthorized use will result in legal action and the application of legal compensation/penalties.

Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership

All inventions, concepts, work product, source codes, and other IP created by the employee during the course of employment shall be the sole and exclusive property of the Company (referred to as ‘Work for Hire’).

Non-Solicitation

During employment and for a period of 12 months (or other reasonable duration) following separation, the employee shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit or entice away any of the Company’s employees, clients, customers, or vendors.

Amendments to Policy

The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, delete, or add to any of these terms, conditions, rules, and regulations from time to time, and such changes shall be communicated to the employee and shall be binding.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and the employment relationship shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts in [Insert City Name] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter or dispute arising from this employment.
